Several constituents have raised the issue of the dangerous lack of a footpath between Redditch Bus Station and Plymouth Road. People can be seen regularly using the road to get to Plymouth Road, often parents with pushchairs or children. A solution appeared to be at hand at the turn of the year when Paul Patten indicated that contract would be let shortly to remove brick “banking” to the train station underpass to create a footpath.
